Night time is the best time to tackle poor conditions IMO... Less idiots to worry about doing something stupid. And less likely to be a film of water on top of that black ice. I find that I can see the slick spots better at night as well... Something about how they look in the headlights.

    It's monday finally.

Now here is the mess. Storms and rain escalate from 30 to gusting over 50 by sunset. Normally here in Arkansas it's just a form of fall cleaning. Breezy the way we love it.

Fixing to be 72 by wind chill so that sometime in the dark, that rain will quit as the loal freezing comes in and chokes it by killing the moisture, but making everything FROZEN IF WET

Going from 72 or so around midnight all the way to 8 degrees by 6M. Tuesday.

When the storm quits the winds will be gusting around 50 not the kind you can turn and then hold the wheel all day.

I have obtained DELUXE accommodations at Love's.

Claiming 1 of 2 spots left. The one I got I'm certain was open due to Joe Western Express pro star sticking out 2 feet across the way, and said empty spot flanked by new Volvo and new Peterbilt.

    The OM was like,"That's us."

    AND

I was just given a FREE coffee refill on the house!!!!

    HAHAHAHAHA

I'm actually almost done with my car. It's 8 degrees out now. Tough time doing anything without it freezing on the car. Rinseless wash and X-wax both a major hassle. Everything wants to freeze on the car. Only place didn't was the hood. Got the block heater plugged in. Using a big flood light of mine. Heat from it helped a little. It's actually a lame job. But at least got wax on it.
Kept having to wait. So got some other things done in the house.
Just waiting on my last load of wash for what I have on now. hehe

Keep whining. I know. I said before. That wet cold is miserable. I'd rather be in this dry cold and even below zero than in that. Lets say 50 or below that is really bad there. I used to say that the humidity in Houston was so bad. When it rained, the humidity dropped. It sure felt that way.
