Its warmer at the house in upstate NY than it is down here. That wind is just plain ugly this morning.

Oh, I meant on PC. Back before the 1.2 (I think?) update, the game could run on almost any computer at a playable framerate. But they've made so many updates to the game engine and changed compatibility (to reduce the time spent releasing DLC and updates) that you need a proper gaming PC now to play it enjoyably.

And it's not even Winterpeg yet. I asked the boss if I could just get runs to Phoenix every week till spring. She laughed.

Winnipeg to Phoenix to Edmonton to home is 7000 km and could be done in 8-9 days with a reset in Phoenix (because where else would I want to spend 36 hours in the middle of winter?).

I gotta get out of this area. Slim pickens. Plus even tho people change, its hard to shed the past, esp when that past involved hard drugs.

Started getting involved in the local sober recovery meetings. Trying to help at risk teens/young adults stay the hell away from heroin.

Utah seems like a good place for a single guy. Or south Florida and pick up milfs. I can already taste the cocaine and the cheap smell of a hookers scent.

Im out for the rest of my day ill leave you guys alone now + this hooker isnt gonna bury itself

I'm hoping to get out that way again in a couple months. Always wanted to go ice fishing and my sister and my BIL are pretty big into it. Hoping we end up in Kenora. I love that town.

Kenora is a great spot, but so many snooty Manitobans think they own the place (Lake of the Woods). The Lake of the Woods Brewery I've heard is a fantastic place to go for a meal and a tour. I love all their products. Don't get them very often though.

I ate lunch there a couple years ago. Cool old firehouse turned into a restaurant. Can't find any of their products out here in AB but I did find their beer at the liquor store in Steinbach last summer. I've seriously considered moving out that way. I just love the area from about Whiteshell to Kenora. 20191111_093859.jpg

Thanks to all that have served.

I thought the MC at today’s Remembrance Day ceremony said it well.
