It's all good. None of the three are a great place to hang out.

The loves and blue beacon are just a little north on 78 from where the Pilots are. Close to the same area. And yeah West Memphis is a better option than any of those.

You know you are in a bad place when the truck stops have a barbed wire fence around it.
Log on for 15 than sleeper, save the 70.

I doubt you will break down on your 10 hour reset.

Your 14 hours don't really run out, it is there to say you can't drive after 14 hours of on duty time without a 10 hour reset.

What happens after your fixed up, well don't know because it depends on the situation you are in, pc could be used but there are limitations.

Still in the breakdown . Apparently on duty is no longer a factor since I've been sitting here at loves here for 20 hours now

Why would your company tow the truck to a glorified tire shop?

You can work 25 hours per day every day for the rest of your life. There is no limit to work hours. You just cannot drive after your HOS limits and not be in violation. My choice is likely to be drive to safe parking and note on my ELD my violation and reason. I pull HazMat. I'm not sitting on the shoulder while every passing idiot with a smartphone and a car accidentally doesn't run into me. If safe parking is very far away or in some other way not driveable, I might call for a tow. The getting towed idea didn't occur to me until I read @Mike Hardin's reply.

It was a fuel stop but the truck issue is starter/ignition & I doubt they will be able to work on it
