I have a 2019 567 Pete. When I apply the trolley valve it locks all my brakes tractor and trailer. Is this normal on the new trucks? Thanks

No.
Did you put the red emergency airline in the correct glad hand holder? It should if facing forward be the left side glad hand. If facing rear the right side. It also should be painted red to match it's purpose.
The blue service line goes to the other glad hand holder.
When you apply trolley, the only thing that should apply is your trailer brakes that's it nothing else.
Anything beyond switched glad hands is indicative of OOS failure requiring shop work to find and fix it before you drive that another mile. Both truck and trailer.Spence Thanks this. -
Even if I'm bobtail it will lock my brakes on the tractor. We have 2 trucks one here and 1 in pa both 2019 and they both doo it

Then I don't understand it.
The Trolley is supposed to do one job. Feed air to the trailer enough to activate them. A seperate service brake application if you understand it better that way.
Trailer brakes on or trailer brakes off. With both yellow and red tractor cab buttons pushed in. (When trailer is properly connected to tractor.
You need your shop to take a look at it. One truck hmmm. Two or more trucks you have a BIG problem and I have a BIG issue not understanding the situation.
Im making presumptions here. IF you are bobtail and lose enough air your TPV pops the tractor valve out (Red button out already because you are bobtail.)
IF you are hooked to the trailer with both buttons in tractor in and drive wheels chocked to where it aint gonna move anywhere and empty, pull both glad hands simulating a trailer break away. Both of your buttons should pop when you lose enough air relatively quickly, your trailer brakes should simply dump in one big fart and irrevocably apply via springs back there very quickly.
In addition your TPV should become active. Mr Trailer button in the cab pops first and fast. IF you havent already. Once that's settled the tractor can take care of itself unless there has been a catastropic failure in the airbrake system such as the loss of your tanks for example. Your tractor at that point will lockup. At a steady rate ensured that it will stop fairly quickly without too much fuss.
I hope I wrote that correctly the sequence. If I make a mistake here someone who knows more than I do can very well correct. It would be no problem. -

It is an option to have the spike activate the trailer, truck and trailer, rear axle of truck and trailer or a couple other combos. Never seen it ordered like that however. I was putting a spike in a truck that was ordered without one and saw all the different plumbing options.
