    Well potentially I think.
My insurance finally made me an offer I can live with and keep my truck, we are just haggling over weather they will let me keep my clear title or have to get a salvage one.
Either way we are finally going to settle, but I would like to just keep my existing title.

Yes, if I have to buy it back, but they can pay me to fix it, and leave me with my clear title. I have retained titles before like that. it is what we are haggling on. I have already bought probably 80% of the parts to put it back together, including a whole truck with a clear title, so it may change from a 96 to a 2000. lol

Originally yes, but we just got in this part of the discussion today, and came to an agreement on how much if I keep the truck, and now just starting discussion on the title.

my buddy had a driver total his truck with injuries to other party a few years ago. insurance paid it all. after the payout they cancel his coverage. he went to progressive and put down 30,000 for all of his trucks to have new insurance. 3 months later they dropped him. he ended up having to put his authority to the side. and get his son to get his to get better rates and coverage

No problem here, I am still on the insurance as a driver for a company truck now, no injuries or even an accident report, on this one.

    truckdriver31 Thanks this.

I have been lucky. I have never had an accident report filled out in a big truck. The only one I had that the leo even came to, just looked to see the cause and even did that in a hurry, because it doing the freezing rain and wind thing, he gave me the papers for the accident report and told me to fill them out and turn them in, yep right in the trash at the closest motel room they went. lol
