I have a 95 3406 e who can turn it up for me an fine tune it

Somewhere i think the c 15 was 15.2

I just took my truck to diesel dr. It’s a 3406e it was 375 hp 1450 torque and had low nox file now it’s 550 hp 1849 torque and is a lot better on fuel and like driving a different truck
