Aluminum seems to be the flavor of the week.
24" x 48" grate for a water treatment plant.

38" x 38" x 1/4" lid for the same plant.

A couple guesses

1. Small vice grips clamped to the broken valve.
2. Put half a bridge back on the valve and clamped it.
3. Barred it over to TDC, used a hammer and punch to flatten it out to stay closed in the guide.

What am I happy for I don't get weekends off.....

 

Bring back the paddle with three holes. You know, the ones you can hear whistle on its way to connect with an as s. Quit giving out participation trophies so a kid learns we can't all be winners all the time. Declare a real war on drugs with the intention of winning. And last, get these cell phones out of the hands of kids (and a lot of adults) where they can learn to connect with human beings as humans. At least it's a start.

About a month ago, I went to a shindig with my wife. Beer was furnished, but no Shiner. I remembered you and some of the others here talked about Blue Moon so I thought what the hell. Had six down the hatch before I knew it. It now is shared equally with Shiner, and didn't really think that was possible.
