Give the guy that polishes a buck to hold it.

Brand new 2019, split tank on the right and def on the opposite side. It’s not a Peterbilt thing, it’s a lazy salesman who doesn’t want to take the time to build a truck the way you want it.

I suggest really leaning on them to get it exactly the way you want it when it comes time for a new truck.

Sounds like some cheap aftermarket tank that doesn’t have a lip on the inside why else would it not be able to lock onto the nozzle that has a ring at the end of it ,sounds weird to me .

And when your fuel pump handle lock is broken:

I just hold the thing, but I never fill my pass tank and pump like 60 gallons tops...

I clean my windows and mirrors while fueling and sometimes do a quick inspection.

My truck holds 370 gallons, it would be a major pita to stand there and hold the thing. Most places we can buy fuel, we can only anyway, but it would still be a pain.

    Lepton1 and PE_T Thank this.

Yeah, when I had two 150’s and would run 600 miles a day I’d fuel both with no hands lol.

I run like 300 miles a day tops and my truck has a c12 which barely uses any fuel.

Wow. That’s so much fuel you need to carry hazmat triangles. Hahaha.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.
