Making some beef stew



Used progressive beef broth along with left over roast beef broth. Added a can of onion soup mix to the broth

Red potatoes
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Garlic
Paprika/tad of chilli powder

Shred up sirloin steak, brown with some onion and garlic. Opens up the sinuses lol

 

Welp it me and the oldest boy on our own, think we’ll seek out some lunch and a trip to Harbor freight.

Throw the beef in the pot and let it simmer/thicken up til i get hungry
