Greer SC.... Replaced Antenna and Black box. As it turns out there are two different black boxes for the Freightliners and Kenworths. And phoenix in its infinite wisdom installed a freightliner box in my KW, so the computer had no chance of detecting driving.

If this dont work in the morning we will know its its actually the wiring harness. Because for whatever reason, the wiring harneses for the QC in the new KWs havent been working so well (at least on flatbed side)

And im still getting a Chassis. Only one vin# on the list, must be big. Or half complete. 4chains and go if the case.

    Thats good to hear @dptrucker

It seems amazing the lack of understanding and diagnostic abilities some (or most) of the shop people have.
It often seems like they are reading from a script, like telemarketers do when they call you. Or tech support for a computer problem. Or DM's that have no first hand knowledge of what it is to be out here doing the job.

I have documented here several times when I ended up telling them where the problem was, when they were just dumbfounded. Dumb being the operative word.

I deliver a Walmart load in SD tomorrow morning. Then I'm headed to Inver Grove to pick up another Walmart load that delivers Sunday elsewhere in MN.

My DM asked if I wanted to stick around the area to do other Walmart stuff for a week or so. I said no, not really. I'd rather get out of the north and out of the snow belt before the next big storm comes in.

Plus, those Walmart deliveries leave me with no mt. They usually just drop in the parking lot.
And those Walmart loads are trailers that have been at the terminal for at least a month, and often are very hard to access in the first place. They really pack those in tight and deep, so moving other trailers out of the way is almost a given.
I didn't say all that to him, but...

Almost anything Walmart this time of year is a PITA.

Typo or auto correct ... either way, it's a good start to a country western song.

    Plymouth IN, the pilot.

Deliver the Chassis in the morning, then probably head to gary and grab something.

That is exactly why a human is in control of it.

    In theory, at least.

    Faribault, MN.

I delivered a Walmart load to northern MN, and of course no mt. The next load assignment was taken off me because there were no mt's in the state.

I waited a couple hours and then I was sent down here to get an mt sitting at a truck stop.
Maybe no one wanted it because it has a flat tire, but that can be fixed. It aired right up, and I'll see how it is in the morning.

My new next load picks up in IA and delivers in PA. Because of my short hours it has plenty of time, so I can get the tire repaired if needed without a problem.
