Hello, I am wondering what owners/fleet managers equipment for diagnostics. Specifically opinions on otr performance products related to emissions. This is not for deleting these components of course (illegal) Thank you in advance

Big_D409, mp4694330, FlaSwampRat and 1 other person Thank this. -
I use the otr reset tool for my Cummins. I do a forced regen once a week. I've never had to clear codes with it.
As for diagnostics it won't tell you what the code is or means, just clears them.
They have good videos on YouTube .PE_T Thanks this. -
You may be able to find some free dealer workshop manuals on the web or at least pieces of it here and there. There are sites that sell them in PDF format for around $30. Those are much more complete, but if you buy the dealer diagnostic tool, I believe it will come with the full-blown workshop manual, plus other diagnostics that won’t be in PDF manuals.

Why are you doing a force regen if its not requiring its not the best idea to do it. You bery well might be doing more damage then goodroshea Thanks this.

Where and how would I get ahold of this insite program?
I do the forced regens for preventive maintenance. Trying to keep the filters clean. My first dpf engine and learning.
If I could get insite and check flow rates I could make a more educated decision. -
Lots of program online u need a apater but i will tell you this don't keep doing a regen its not the best.

You're being vague. If you have something to teach me I'll listen.
