Yes, all of our flats are. We have more of these than the other brands it seems and they seem pretty durable, this is a 2013. I've noticed most of our 2019's & 2020's are East and Benson models...I like the East trailers but learned first-hand the J-hook holders are a Royal PIA when you're running in snow/ice. They fit so much tighter on the rail than the winches you have to beat them the entire way to move them.
