rednek, ill be lookng for you, you can bet on it! you ow me dinner! no more lunch, were up to a dinner date now...
and iv got expensive taste, so dont forget the checkbook!
when it comes time to testing, just take it easy, its not race, your not here to out-do the guys your in class with, always show support for one another when its test time, and even during training. its a sick feeling when your told to pack up and head home cause u didnt make it, help eachother out, which it sounds like yous are doing soo....
best of luck to you, and you have my email, so let me no what ur truck number is when you get it!! and i also wanna no what crap that flatbedder told you about me!! -
John, did you go to school anyplace to get your cdl yet?
if not, you truly may wanna look into the 30 program that w.s offers, i did 6 months at All State, and cost me just over $10k
w.s school is cheaper, and better in my eyes, more hands on, more direct, call w.s toll free number and ask to speak to Roxy or Sandy in the recruiting department, leave a voice mail, if they dont answer, or keep calling, only 2 of them and they get a few hundrad apps a day, so they keep buzy,
or if u do have training, they have a 10 program, with no driver trainer, which means they dont send you otr with a trainer for weeks on end, you go to the 10 day, you pass, you get your own set of keys -
Thanks for responding. I haven't had any formal training, but thoes summers and winters going otr with my dad for the last 15 years have taught me alot. I hope to join the team sometime soon.

well, you have only learned the knowledge of the industry, or thats what any company will tell you anyhow, you may want to really consider going to the 30 day class with watkins, its a great program, im not sure of the cost tho, give them a call, and also im sure that someone on here will chime in on the cost of the school.

The cost of the 30 class is right around $4000.
sal Thanks this. -
Thanks guys
, i tried calling to day and the phone just kept ringing
. I'll try again tomorrow. Also does any one know if there are loads coming in and out of PA and if you have to park your truck on the w/s lot when you are on home time? Thanks again guys for the help, hope to join you all soon as a w/s driver.
-
hey s2b as of tomorrow ill be coming after ya lol

john, we run through pa all the time, some del, some just passing through, i used to run out there all the time, if youd like to stay east that be cool with them, they always need drivers out that way, im sure your dad could tell you why,
also, about taking the truck home, not likly, it used to be that way, but not so much anymore, youd have to park the truck at the term in Sayreville nj, 120 miles from sayreville to lancaster, but very simple, just run 222 to 78 to 278 to the term.
rednek! sounds like we will be playing a game of car and mouse, with any luck we will run into eachother this weekend... cant wait for our date!!
-
s2b...sorry to tell you, but rednek is 2 timing you
...I had dinner with him tonight..
sal Thanks this.
