Random Truck Search?

I've had a few incidents in life were a lawsuit was possible. I just always chalked it up and moved on. Haven't been back to Mass to this day. However, I'm older and wiser now with a bigger wallet. I'm getting on the sue train if offered a ticket now.

 

Lol not all are bad just like truck drivers.

 

In 10 years I only had a few window shoppers, never did they actually search unless I was near the border.

 

This is the attitude that gets you searched hard. They have a minimum quota, don't want ######## any more than you do, and playing anti-cop lawyer can really ruin both parties' day.

You're fine with them doing their job when you need it, right?

 

If they're within their legal powers then more power to them. I just have a problem with those that cause hassles because they got turned down by Suzie in highschool. They're not a small minority of police. Unfortunately they have an IQ test for cops and you can't be one if you pass.

 

That statement shows why you get hassled

 

I was "hassled" once when I was 18. Pulled over for speeding going to my girlfriend's late at night. They asked if they could search and I thought they might give me a break. An hour later and all my #### on the curb I'm standing there with a ticket. No. I'm not letting them put me through that just because they think they can. I'm respectful to police, but I will stand my ground when it comes to violating my rights.

 

So you shouldn't get a ticket for speeding ?.??

 

I'm just pointing out there's nothing to be gained from it and everything to lose.

 

How do you think they catch so many drug traffickers???
They are usually speeding or a violation
