call the shop, the shop can and WILL over ride the dispatch. but you may have to stay with that load, until the trailer gets fixed. either on the road where you are, or at a repair shop they have as a vendor.

Climb into trailer and stand on top of load and with a flash light and look at ft. half of load to see if load is over on one side?

Don't mean ####. If you find a defect when you're pretripping that trailer like you're supposed to, that takes precedence. I know a couple dispatchers are gonna read this and really hate me for it, but too bad. It's the driver's record that gets ####ed if something happens. True, or at least it was 2 days ago. I dun left that ####hole. Was a disaster waiting to happen, and I ain't having none of that ####... ESPECIALLY once the attempts to coerce me into running illegally startedDoealex, FlaSwampRat, tank4life and 1 other person Thank this.
