Less women own businesses because, on average, women are less interested in owning businesses.
News flash: men and women have different interests.
Cripes! when did statistical facts become controversial?

    Hahahaha :p

My daughter owns a multi million $ company in an industry geared more toward men, than trucking. She bought it from a rich old white guy. And does quite well not advertising the fact she is a woman. One of only 2 that work in the entire company. She has FIRED men because their wives walked into the business and started running their mouths. She takes no sh** from anyone. Male or female.

Should she be sued for gender inequalities?

Should she be sued for paying that same female the same as the men? Although said female is allowed to take off, come in late, leave early. All based on her child’s needs. Something the men can’t do.

Most people are held back because they are held slave by their own minds. Not gender/race/religious inequalities

The problem in America is not inequality.

It's the perception of inequality. I.M.O. Women have exceeded the expectations once desired by the Suffrage and N.O.W. movements.
