So we bought a ‘98 M11 from this guy and it blew 3 Head gaskets. Finally gave up on the KW dealer and took it to a local old school guy. Without looking He said “sunk liner”. He got the head off and he said “See. Feel how it catches your finger nail and the other one doesn’t?” I said “Not really.”

I still think he was screwing with me

 

Did it blow anymore gaskets?

 

LOL well “Worst case ontario” definitely fits as a Rickyism. It was funny as hell and I’m afraid it might stick with this crew in #5.

 

Nope. Pushing 10 years. LOL last summer my tractor pullin’ neighbors looked at me slack jawed when I asked them what they had for liner protrusion on that 466 they were building
