I always thought you were proud to be Eugene Pumpernickel.

 

The names sound familiar but that was an awful long time ago (I'm old) !!!!
When I was at Dicks the warehouse for both stores was on Court Street in the old Video King building right next door to the main store.

Speaking of sporting goods, anyone ever been to the original Cabelas?

 

They all retired now. But yea if anything they'd be happy to know another local guy. The few names i dropped were well known around the area.

Been to the one in Sidney NE —think it was the original — place is built up so much now you wouldn’t know it

 

The original is a furniture store in Chappell Nebraska
