CDLIS commercial drivers license information system & NDR National driver registry is who they will use when you apply. Most insurance companies want that on a driver.

If your insurance paid a claim then that accident will show up when a prospective company runs it through their insurance. Some companies may not like it but a lot of places will still hire you. Go for it.

Some states place your violations from yourprevious state's motor vehicle record (MVR) onyour new driving record while others will not. ... Insurance companies and employers will see that your driver's license was recently obtained in your new state, so will check your previousstate's driving record

I don’t think it’s going to be an issue finding a place to hire you. My concern would be with your poor driving habits. Driving fatigued is bad enough in a passenger vehicle but in a big truck it’s disastrous. The speeding shows some poor judgement and a lack of respect for the other drivers sharing the road with you. Rear ending a vehicle is almost always avoidable as long as you’re not speeding and maintaining a safe distance. Driving a big truck is a huge responsibility and you should always consider the safety of other drivers around you. Good luck and be safe.
