HAVE OVER 3 YRS. OF ON TIME , AND SAFE DRIVING EXPERIENCE, BUT SOME OF THE TRUCKING COMPANIES RULES, BEFORE THEY CAN HIRE A DRIVER ARE WRONG , OR SHOULD BE ? I MISSED COUNTED MY HRS. AND WAS OUT OF HRS. SHOULD THAT BE ON MY DAC. ? ONLY ONCE. WAS NOT STOP BY DOT FOR IT.THAT IS WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY, YES DAC IS A SERVICE THAT THE TRUCKING COMPANIES USE TO , KEEP INFO ON DRIVER, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT , WHY DIDN'T MY EMPLOYER TELL DAC THAT, I PICKUP/ AND DEL. THERE FREIGHT SAFELY, IS THAT NOT WHY THEY PAY INSURANCE ? I WAS ASKING A QUESTION , WHEN I SAID THAT, ( RULES , DO IT PICKUP / DEL. FREIGHT ? ) SEEING HOW THEY ARE LOOKING FOR DRIVERS, THAT HOW I GOT A JOB.(1) YOU HAVE HAD TO MANY JOBS. MY REASON FOR HAVING A FEW JOB IS MILES , TRUCK, LOCATION (2) YOU WERE FIRED FROM YOUR JOBS. IT WAS ONLY THE LAST 2 JOBS I HAVE HAD , HAVE WORK FOR OTHER COMPANIES TOO. WHY DO COMPANIES HAVE THESE RULES? I HAVE REASON'S FOR , HAVING TO MANY JOB THEY HAVE GIVING ME EXECELLENT DRIVING SKILLS. AND IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO COME TO THEM FOR EMPLOYMENT ,( SLIP SEATING ), THEY ARE NOT A SLIP SEATING COMPANIES WHY WOULD THEY LISTEN TO THAT COMPANY ? LOOKING FOR A JOB, DO ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO. I AM IN THE ARKANSAS AREA. NO HAZMAT, FLATBED , THX'S FOR ANY REPLY'S. NO THX'S ON WENDY DID NOT GO TO T/T SCH FOR THAT . I HOPE THIS NEW INFO. WILL HELP.

Sounds like you had too many jobs and got fired too many times, so no one wants to hire you, right? :biggrin_2553:

what i am trying to say is that some trucking companies are using, DAC service
to make sure that some driver are not given jobs by what they are reporting on there DAC , anyone that work for someone else , can be fired , at anytime. but to have misleading info. about them, as a part of your work history, is wrong. yes i made a mistake in counting my hrs. should that be on my DAC ? i was not stop by DOT because of it. to tell companies that i was not like by customers , should that be on my DAC? if i had went postal on there customers ? yes , but i pickup /del. there freight safely in the USA , WHY WAS THAT NOT ON MY DAC. , IS THAT NOT WHY COMPANIES PAID INSURANCE ? i have had a few jobs, only be fired from the last 2 . slip seating / i have never encounted that with any other truck companies that i worked for / my things were in that truck i was responsible for taking care of it ,live in it on the rd. while i drove from one state to other , it was a volve with 2 bed in it.i guess. will update POST.

just part of trucking my friend, any company can fire you, and they will find a reason, any reason, and it would be legit for the law to say they can fire you,
being rude to a customer is not a good way to do things when in the trucking industry, since you are the one representing the company. you cant tell anyone that u didnt no u messed up on your hours and didnt no,
remember, you are a PREFFISIONAL driver, you are accountable for all actions that you take, driving, sleeping, resting, preventable maint on all equip asigned to you, YOUR HOURS are prob the most important, delivering/picking up on time, all of that is key in being a company driver, if i were the owner of a trucking company and had A single complaint about a driver i would take it very serious, cause you, the driver, are out there doing the job for the guy in the office while he makes all the money, also, for every driver that gets fired or quits theirs 5 more waiting to take his seat.

Whatever you do, it follows you around via the DAC, period. You can dispute it, however. Unfortunately, it's the little guy VS the big trucking company. It's just not a perfect world out there. One incident, maybe, but multiple incidents send up a red flag. :biggrin_2553:

    Still at it I see.

Let me ask you a question how many driving jobs have you had in your three years of driving?

You can beat a dead horse with a baseball bat all day long but it still wont get up and run.

Lets break this down for you and maybe you will see why you waste your money going to school.

1: you have only 3 yrs of driving yet more then 2 jobs. Strike 1

2: you have been fired from 2 jobs. I'm going to presume within the last 18 months. Strike 2

3: you have had problems such as keeping you log book straight and poor customer service. I would be willing there's more.Strike 3

    time for a new carrier.
