Feels good to be back in the saddle!!
To bad it was only 3 miles home. See if there's any local loadboard freight worth cranking her up in the AM. If not probably wait it out till Monday..
I know, the windshield it disgusting, but look at all them flecks on the left side. Time for some new glass.. 20191126_165713.jpg

That's them. That good that they did. But great time to get rid of them. I normally seen issues with higher hp engine. But no real info to back that up.

  4. From what I remember. It wasn't 97'. It was more like 75' my dad had a burgundy fastback mustang 64 1/2

We we're going to NYC down the old school way out Windsor,NY on rt17 , for some baseball equipment. He decided to test out the speedo range. we were pushing 85 to 100 some place by Rosco,NY .Needless to say we were pulled over by a trooper for rolling to fast.
For most people you see the middle of chest and gun belt. When an officer approaches the window. On this occasion I could see the troopers chin as he talked. After he took my dad's information I hopped in the backseat to watch him walk back to his car . He had lifts on his boots.

I,love this example.... It fits perfectly.

He rolls back to the car with ticket book in hand my father signs his paper work. And off we go to NYC.

I saw him 4 or 5 more times. And he was upwards of 5' 5" with lifts.

Cleaned all the blue off the head. Used that little battery washer I bought. Didn't work to bad.

Was gonna set it but it's been raining all afternoon and it's grass in front of my shop ....to slick for my forklift so can't put it in from the front. Have to go get the cherry picker and put it in from the side.... it's locked in a shop at a friend's house.

    Try again tomorrow.

LoL, low hp, low rpm here. 350hp, 1800 governed.. The side of the valve cover says 1925NL. I took that to mean No Load? I've taken er to ~1900 on the Jake's, but that's it..

I keep the whole set of adjuster screws. Anyone building a retro series 60 can have em!!

Tell her it’s better than the alternative. Nice equipment.
