I-40 Challenge

needs to be done everyday. i40 is the craziest interstate there is, with respect to i24

 

They're looking for speeders, distracted driving, etc, etc.... Better have a whole lot more officers, because that stuff is everywhere!!! Worse when the Holiday super travelers come out

There sure the heck ain't no CHP every 20 miles on California's stretch of I-40. Not that it really needs it.

 

Good! That's all I can say. Hope they got a few tailgating trucks while they were at it.

I don't care if others don't like me running the loop at 57mph, I remember the days when 56 would net you a citation. And I don't care that you don't like me in the center lane covering both sets of dotted lines, I've got a piece of paper that says that's where I'm supposed to be. (It would sure help, though, if the 'center lane' would bloody well stay in the center)

 

I'm parked in Crossville, TN at Speedway at the 320. I crossed in from NC and I swear I've seen about 5 troopers from the state line. Its been difficult to work 40 today. Add in rain, makes it difficult. On a side note, this buffalo chicken sub out of Speedway is quite delicious

 

Ever eat at Firehouse Subs? Whomever decided to combine pastrami with Swiss cheese and Italian dressing is a culinary genius.

 

Oh hell yeah! Their subs can get pretty massive. The very first sub I ever ate was that brisket sub. I only ate half of it and I was extremely full. My mother was shocked that I lost to a sandwich, lol
