Been here since 9 am it is 1 pm and the crane just arrived and has to do a safety orientation then build the crane

I am only moving the #### thing 1/4 mile

Yet I have to do it on 6 because there is no space for bigger.

I figured the thing would be ready and maybe 5 hours would be enough

 

Yeah, called them yesterday, told them I'll be here today. Said they're working just give an ETA when close. Called at 1130 told them I'll be at the gate within the hour, said they just turned the forklift in and sent the guys that unload home. Nothing we can do, sorry.

Normally I don't work holiday weeks either, but this year has been abysmal, can't afford to not have cash coming in.

 

On my way to Florida with a (5) stopper. Starts in Jax and ends in Daytona Beach.

Looks like some I-95 fun in my future.....can't wait

3406A main cap bolts. Are they reuseable? I'm assuming so since SIS doesn't indicate they're a 1 time use.

 

Yes, just inspect for stretching. I even use a 1 inch impact to tighten them. If they can impact them at the factory I can do the same !

Just got the rest of the stuff ordered up. Should be able to finish everything from the spacer plate down minus the fuel pump.

 

Sounds like you need to be on the phone with the broker or who ever you got the load from. I’d be demanding layover pay or something!!! Hope you got names of all the people you talked to!
Man this sucks. It ain’t right to do a guy like that.
