    Found a HVH trailer loaded with scrap aluminum been sitting for 90 days what should I do with it can not get in touch with HVH found out the load belonged to CH Robinson called them the guy told me he had bigger problems

    I found a HVH trailer loaded with scrap aluminum been sitting for 90+days what can I do with it ? If anything I called HVH no answer I called CH Robinson trying to find out if it was a broker load for them they said yes when I asked what do you what done with the load they said they had bigger problems and would call me back but they never did

    Didn't they shut down this summer?
    Unless you're offered a finders fee and upfront payment for it's disposition I'd let it sit.

    I tried my best to get through to HVH for one month and CH Robinson pretty much told me to go to hell so I scrapped the load and dropped the trailer with a reputable Wrecker service and picked the scrap

    Sorry I am new to this and only been driving a year but I want to be better. I sold the scrap for 7500 and gave the trailer away like I said I wasn’t sure if I did the right thing it sat at my partner’s lot for a while and I had time today to move it so I did
