Headed to the folks house here in a few.
We fry a turkey in peanut oil. Started doing it this way 19 years ago I think? Ma injects it with some cajun seasoning. Very quick, 3mins per pound & the frying seals in all the juice so it ain't never dry. Usually a beef lasagne to go along with it.

We're wop's, so there is never a meal without some kind of pasta.. LoL

Happy Thanksgiving gentlemen. My wife and kids decorated some thanksgiving Turkey cookies, we’ll be headed to the in-laws soon.

 

Yessir. The key is powdered avocado, just a pinch or it steals the flavor from the chocolate.

 

I don't know..keep scratching the screen, but still can't smell it..lol

I think that's a big part of the problem. Hiring non farm drivers for cattle and hog hauling. Not that they can't be taught, because they can, but because they come with a know it all attitude. Been a while since I've been backed under one so my thoughts might be outdated.
