Small claims court handles claims under like 7K generally people represent themselves but some do hire lawyers

 

I agree, what is the "rest of the story"? Company name, etc?

 

You're telling me that as if I didn't know.......I mean that's pretty basic adult knowledge lol

 

i do not believe "she" will ever come back and tell us "the rest of the story".

we can feel badly for her, more honestly if we knew why this happened.

but i'll tell you what "i think"....happened.

1) the "guy" might have tried a time or two to "get it on with her", and she refused, which is a good thing, she was there to work, not "play", or to be harassed or assaulted, so she was protecting herself, that's great, and because she refused him, he dumped her. But he made up a story about her that convinced the company she was bad, unsafe, etc.

or

2) they may have had some sort of argument, (which is typical of a team of strangers) about just anything, and she threatened to yell rape, and for HIS protection, he dumped her.

or

3) she took a very long time at the truck stops, making them late all the time, and he was tired of getting reamed by the company for it, and dumped her.

or

4) she was an unsafe driver, OR did NOT pull her weight when it was HER time to drive?

those are my top reasons why this happened.

 

Im already all over the possible reasons. It can be very basic man woman stuff. Unfortunate.

It wont be the last time.

 

not as long as there ARE men and women......and small spaces.

and a lack of deodorant, or passing gas, or not showering, or smoking, or being sloppy with the snacks, getting the steering wheel greasy with KFC, or hanging yer wet unda-wear over the curtain in the bunk.....you know, little things like that.
