Detroit Pittsburge had a fleet of those. Before Red Cap. They were all over in the days around Detroit, and Cleveland hauling steel. Can't remember, others had them.

Usf holland had a Mr. Gorno that was high up the food chain, and a brother that owner Gorno Ford in Cleveland. Do the math. But they had all day cab's.

 

twice baked has sour cream and chives in mashed potato form then put back in the oven and cooked with cheese on top.
