I don't understand why it's funny. Maybe laughter for how the poor guy is gonna have a wet, dirty bike & weights to clean before he can use them??

I saw a passenger/maybe team driver lay right down next to the trailer on an exercise mat and nobody told him to but he sure did give 50! He also did some leg lifts & such, I wasn't really paying attention. :biggrin_25517:

If I had to be out there everyday, I would like to dance, (couldn't fit the dance floor on the back) but since that's not an option, walking and/or jogging would work for me.

I think a basketball hoop attached to something might be another idea.

I have actually seen & spoke to the driver of that truck in Knoxville last Summer. I would say that the Man is in his mid 30's & is in incredible shape!

Like the bike idea fo sho! Parking the farthest away from a facility to facilitate walking is beneficial and free :)

I saw a new one the other day. A fella I put out of service for parts was out running and walking around the scale facility. He was out there for over an hour getting a pretty good workout in. Lucky the shack was closed or he would have been dodging trucks.

    I got a dog.

Jake keeps me much more active since I have been back out on the road. He's a boxer so he needs to burn off a lot of energy. We walk almost everyday (weather and how tired I am dictate it) and I get out with him at rest stops a couple times a day. It's helped me keep my sleek 6 foot, 290 lb. physique. :biggrin_25525:

I am lucky if I do not go after soda once a day. I am 5'11 and weigh 230. I need to loose 30-40 and i'll be fine. I admit it has been my fault for being a junkaholic. I have till December to loose 30lbs and intend on eating small portions.

As for the bike thing, I plan on saving money to buy a foldabike that you find on yachts. You can store those things in the duffel bag that comes with it.
