If it is it that would answer the versatility question. I suppose it could be pin-on just like on the back of a lowboy. Where he has it lifted though I wonder about it being removable.

Its high mileage wear is all I see. They had some soft cams about 1999-2001 that got changed under warranty. They never lasted more than 150k. It's not good, but it's normal high milage wear. -
