I didnt go to the swift training, I got my CDL on my own. This might make a difference because they don't have time and money invested in me.

Last Tuesday Bill. I will confirm Tomorrow. I picked up a 12 volt Coleman today......I hope I didn't jinx myself?:biggrin_25511:
Been reading the many posts on the board. I have learned more about the industry of trucking on this forum then my conversations with a few personal acquaintances in the biz.

If I get stiffed I will say screw it; drink beer hit my pool and get ready for hunting season this fall. My primary occupation is licensed crane operator/heavy equip etc.

As you know the economy in the Northeast SUKS!

The fact that you did it on your own show initiative!:biggrin_2551: You have just as much value as any other student with a cdl. Only difference is the students from Swifty have the training costs keeping them from quiting (pay it back or drive you #######!):biggrin_2554:HA!
    Hang in there Bill

    Good Luck

Maybe I'll check tomorrow and see if any cancellations.

Economy does S***. I work construction and been out since November. Need to get back to work, getting lazy.

No luck finding anything local, no expierence.

SYGMA is hiring fir Driver Helper/Driver but the schedule is nights and work all holidays. Problem is you offload a trailer full of food every night with a hand truck down a ramp. To old for that, that is a young mans game.

Let me know if everything is OK.
