    In the last 8 year's ive only had 1 spending ticket what are my chances of getting cdl's???

    You can get a CDL with a 100 tickets and a dozen wrecks. The problem would be getting a job. :)

    One ticket will not be a problem though, even if it was for a ticket that would normally be a problem if you had gotten it while holding a CDL. For example, a 15 mph over makes ot near impossible to get a good job.

    P.S. They only care about the last three years for the most part.

    Well.... I would say getting a "CDL" is no problem. Having "CDLs" might give you a fit with the DOT down the line.
