You know what the best thing about triple bunking will be? Each one of us will only have to do eight hours per day, so we can run literally 24/7. I'm so excited.

So, after looking over my HireRight background check report that seemed to take forever for a guy with a squeaky clean record, and having never actually viewed one of these inclusive documents, I've learned the following:
- A full private sector background/cavity search yielded a 16 page report on me, showing the criteria used against every database searched, all showing that I am not a criminal sex offender with reckless driving habits.
- FedEx Freight verifies dates of employment, rehire eligibility, reason for leaving, types of vehicles driven, drug/alcohol screen history and DOT recordable accidents. They do NOT however, report additional details about the recordable accidents aside from date, location, how many injuries, fatalities and whether HazMat was involved. So, this means that they do not report who is at fault or other information.
- Your credit report is definitely used for background screens. But not necessarily by way to judge employability from credit history, but as a source of where to search for court activity as your credit report will have addresses you've been associated with during the course of a credit pull or a lender reporting a specific address. So this would seem to be another way to help alleviate people saying "I forgot about that address" etc. I was surprised when I was told a couple days into the check that they were waiting on a court record search to come back from a county in a specific state, because I've never lived in that state, had a driver's license there, tickets or had any contact with law enforcement in that state. Why did this obscure location pop up in my background check? I opened a bank account several years ago with an address in that state when I was handling some trust transactions. During the course of opening the account, the bank reported that address as an address belonging to me, and therefore, showed on my credit report.
