EPA2004 DT570 could not Start

    There is a international 7400 with Epa2004 DT570. Engine warning light on the instruments panel. Now the engine could not start. only one active code 543.ECM/IDM communications fault. The ECM fuse in battery is OK.
    If any one have good idea. Thanks in advance.I get a new IDM, If IDM need to be programmed?

    The IDM has it's own power supply, fuse and relay. Check those too. Very common for pins to get weak and make poor connection and actually cause heat due to the current draw and melt the connector.

    After reprogram IDM, the engine could start.
