@Russian Rabbit you think 20 forklifts is bad, you should see some of the larger FedEx hubs...

We have those dimensioners too, but they are installing new ones that will automatically read the RFID tag on each handling unit and scan the freight as you drive under it. It’s supposed to be pretty slick once it’s all up and running.

Not much to report here. As i mentioned before, it can vary how much you can make doing niteliner bullplop-----work a little more on the dock or when it's time to hookup, have more difficulty finding trailers and thus taking longer to hookup = higher pay. You can actually make much more doing niteliner bullplop, but i don't give a crap---i just wanted to get thru the week.

i've come to the conclusion that dockwork is actually less strenuous than walking. Yet, i don't like nightime dockwork for some reason.....

i'm saying 20 because i'm sure there's at least 20. There is likely more. More lifts = more noise, more traffic, more stress.

Russian, if you’re still not a fan of dock work, go listen to “Somewhere in The Middle” by Cody Jinks. Might give you some motivation lol

Not by chance. I'm just gonna leave it at that for a certain reason.

Driver are you working too fast on your TA. Can’t you at least get an hour of clock time? Just kidding Lol.
Those double time days almost feel like stealing. My buddy just bid off a sleeper to a Sun-Thursday mileage and comes to your place twice and Jefil 3 times. He is killing it pay wise, but I-65 5 rounds a week sucks. He had the nerve to tell me he was working a 6th day on most Friday’s since they are working the 70 clock now.

Good old I-65. The nemesis of people who hate back pain. Lol
