We got another new "I got my authority" guy that Doesn't know which way to turn....

 

I'm not quite sure if you have a vocabulary large enough to type out a full paragraph, you're being vague on purpose, have a case of the butt hurts and just want sympathy, or think this forum is a text message from those chicks that give short one or two word replies just to keep engaged with the guy so he don't feel like he is being blown off ......either way, that's now how this internet thing works chief.

With this vast amount of information how could any one work for sunteck....the mentally horror that this individual must have indure...has left the OP speechless........

I can give some details about Sunteck from the time I spent with them ...it was 8 months with them. The are a good company at not paying what they said were going to pay. Dispatch details were in text messages but rate was thru phone conversation and final pay was usually not want was discussed. Local work was terrible, Elwood Il to Gary In is 100 miles, empty containers were supposed to be $40, loaded containers were supposed to be $100 ...well it was more like $80 round trip on the settlement statement. That's just one of many other swindles thru Sunteck. It was just a bad place to work for ...the took all kinds of deductions from my pay ...for crap that didn't make sense. One funny deduction was a 'tire tax' ...yeah a 'tire tax'

Depends on which agent you work with and which program you're on.

I find my own freight, negotiate my own rate, run when I want and where I want. They handle all the paperwork, insurance, CAB, permits, provide fuel card and factor my loads every week.

Been here almost 2 years now and no issues that weren't easily solved.

Bottom line it's like any other company … those that know what they're doing will have no issue. Those that are easily confused will assume they are getting screwed over.
