How many countries have you been to?
Don’t act like I was speaking from a position of ignorance. The Middle East, Africa, some parts of Europe do NOT drive the way we do here in the US.
Let’s not pretend the same highway safety standard we have here is shared in those less fortunate foreign countries. I didn’t say it’s only immigrants that have no consideration, just this one in particular. That’s what I was getting at.
I split the blame between both drivers.

I do t do OD loads but I in my limited experience know you can’t fix stupid.

so if a idiot trucker is trying to pass you on a bridge you know you need to be in a certain lane don’t try to avoid him, stop, slow down, so what ever it takes to get into perfect position without anyone getting hurt. Traffic can wait 2 minutes.

I went to Asia as a young man and obeyed their laws
If they cannot operate on the the north American roadways legally their licenses should be terminated
