My wife is a banker/CPA and she would prepare the 10K and Q as part of her job for that bank. She has annual training that is required for her to keep her CPA license and this is exactly the kind of examples that they take apart as of what not to do - when companies are cooking the books. Whether the preparer is aware of the values or not - if it's not right someone needs to blow the whistle.

Yes it started to drop from a high in 14/15. I was referring to a sudden nose dive it took. And because I got a bad case if CRS I just looked it up. It was may 5th of 2017 that it plummeted to 1.56.

100% Accurate. The sad part though, and don't mind me, I'm just a dumb driver, is that unless you dig into this stuff at levels I do, you'll never know, but once you understand how this all works and what you're looking for, its like shining a spotlight on it.

You don't go the course of 2 months and increase your book value/ER by almost 21Million unless there's some serious fukery happening. There was a lot of complicit behavior by a few people in this whole scenario, and if you think the people running Quality aren't in the scope of the SEC, you best think again.

Of course this is called a "white mans crime", suits never really get any time over #### like this, and dont take much of an impact, but Im running some numbers on the total amount of stocks/options that were cost inflated since Q1/2014 to try and find an actual intrinsic value, and the number of shares traded back and forth between those two knuckleheads, be it A/B shares, the one's that count because they're considered weighted vote share ownership, and so far its upwards of 100 million

Somebody already did, when the SEC investigated. Never mind when the company overvalued their trucks to get new ones it sent up all kinds of red flags.

The guy asking "If we have a substantial amount of money on our com data card should I be worried?"

That's why you never leave "substantial" amounts of money on any card that a company has given you. Never. Get yourself a bank account.

Indeed. Never understood the logic of putting money in someone else's hands. Put it in YOUR bank
