There is a bonus, it just pays out as mileage as opposed to a lump sum. It makes the accounting easier for them and us.

And a "bonus" that doesn't have strings attached isn't a bonus - it is pay.

I'm confused. I'm not understanding what you mean pay Out as mileage. During the quarter do we get a extra check/ lump of bonus money or not.

 

Lump sum bonus for all the miles you ran in the previous quarter

 

Its paid out each load, so not an extra check or lump sum.



So my base rate is 48 cpm, but I earn an additional performance bonus of 4 cpm. In this example $41.52 for the load.
