You're correct....I remember an old mechanic at Fabick that said CF ran 1600rpm 3406's and they just ran and ran....low hp, low rpm, you couldn't tear them up.

Electronics I don't have an issue with. Epa add-on junk kills and shortens the life.

 

Any heavy haulers give me some advice?

I've got two pallets and a 20 foot stick of pipe to put on a 40 foot trailer. Not sure how I'm supposed to secure it, and I'm also not sure if I'm going to need permits.
