    I think I know who you are talking about. I heard him on 19 one day going west bound on I-70. I don't know that it's a recording because one of the drivers told him to shut up, and he responded with "God bless you".

    I don't think this was him. I lived in Missouri at the time and heard this CB evangelist while on I-70. And I'm almost positive he was local and there wasn't any skip that day.
