Yet he is learning and merely needs a trainer whom will train him the right way of braking and turning. It is why we all get mega carrier miles at first. To learn how it is done with patience and positive attitudes

Now if you have two hard breaks on Friday my answer would be much differnt.
You've learned you need to look and think further ahead. You've learned that its better to be on the brakes harder, earlier than it is to stand on them in the last little bit. Remember to slow down early and be in 5th or lower by the time you enter the turn.
As for your TE having sand in his nether regions - if he lets any little thing slide on day 1, it is much harder to correct on day 3.farmerjohn64 Thanks this. -
My Spouse has learned the quieter I am when SHE is driving the more dangerous our current situation has become. 6 feet of black ice under rainy skies risks a jacknife into oblivion taking the whole convey with us.
The Lord did not just sleep at the switch. I saved my tractor trailer after it got away from the spouse but lost the convoy I was front door of.
Even today I feel really bad. However that's ok. One of the biggest and most expensive screwups and wrecks all around and came through without a scratch as did my number two. I have a form of survivors guilt.farmerjohn64 Thanks this. -
We all do critical events as you'd call them. Everyday.
Some of us have been driving years. Without issues.
And that looks like load wasn't secured.MACK E-6, farmerjohn64 and x1Heavy Thank this. -
Saying you do is like saying you blow a tire on a curb every day. You may hit a curb every day, but you are not hitting it hard enough to blow a tire.
80% of our drivers can go all year without a critical event. So they are not common things. -

"Critical event" and critical event are two different things. "Critical event" is an event that qualifies as a "critical event" for truck driving evaluation and monitoring purposes.
I could be wrong. -
My example was that if a driver is driving in such a way that he has a critical event every day I guarantee he will be tea -
Well, it looks like I’m going back in for remedial training tomorrow or the next day because I turned too hard to the left again and it triggered a critical event, but beyond that at least I’ve improved a lot since yesterday; I can hook up to a trailer now in under 2 minutes, but it takes quite a bit to back because I was taught to do a 45 degree back and here in the real world you have to do a “modified 45”, or so my instructor says (I was left absolutely clueless, but improved), and finally I didn’t hit a single curb today haha
