    Also, don't think of this as a waste of time.

    Look at it as an opportunity to improve before getting a different TE. You've got an idea of what the issues are, ask questions and make the training group make you better.

    It's a company that gave me a shot fresh out of school. Had me pulling quad axle trailers grossing 105K+ on day one. Making around 80K a year..running with great guys..priceless.
    I say 6 months because if you make it that long, I'll consider you a Trucker.. Fight any urge to quit and you'll make it.

    not an issue someone will look at the video and see that the hard braking was due to a light and not you almost hitting something then they will just tell you to pay closer attention to the lights

    I don’t think it’s a waste of time being behind the wheel, simply meant there’s not any two lane left turns, spots to back into that don’t allow for a 45 degree back, etc on the route we take, but yeah I’ll improve either way.
