We’ve only seen a handful. Imagine our surprise, when we stumble across a pair of these rare hulking beasts, one of each make, sitting side by side like old friends, clearly visible along the highway at the entrance to the Crowsnest Pass of Alberta. A Pacific and a Hayes together, especially so in an area where they were rarely seen: now that’s an event!

 

It’s feast or famine for me this time of year.

 

Is it the flavor from "real" ingredients used down there, compared to the "chemical" ingredients used up here?

 

Seems fitting, given his current adventure.

 

Their country ham is wonderful. I would sit in the restaurant and eat country ham and beer all day.

Reckon so. I don’t normally drink sodas, but the old school glass bottled stuff is awesome.

 

Absolutly sure ! ....and it's usually only 5.

 

Growing up around them old Drilling rigs, one thing you never did, was cross a customers bridge without getting your butt out and looking at the bottom of it.....!!!

Relative of mine owned two early 70's HD Hayes he wanted to restore. Sold them a couple years back but heard thru a fella on another forum they are being restored by the new owner.
