Hopefully they pay..the judge approved of it but didn't order celadon to pay...let them do the right thing for the people who made the company what it was..

They called themselves. "THE CELADONIANS" now banned from planet EARTH and all vessels abandoned. Intl' prostars with a warp drive motor called the MAXXFORCE. I worked there when the yard in laredo was on flecha rd. a small dirt yard.

Yep. I believe you do. Everything remains the same. Just a different clown show....
I have no skin in this particular game but appreciate your insight.

I guess in Celadon's last ditch effort to make more money, they have sold every drivers personal information. I have recruiters calling me wanting to talk about going to work for them. When asked where they got my information, they replied Celadon.

My first check was suppose to be on the comdata card this morning. It should of been $300 for orientation and $35 in split team mileage. (They put a team in a truck that had 690,320 miles that wouldn't run and ate belts every 40 odd miles.) It was for $23 and some odd cents.

I think I will have my attorney contact another federal agency about their violation of privacy laws since they sold the complete intelliapp. I think the highervpower kept us from getting to Maryland in the midst of the shut off fuel cards and trying to get back to Texas, but wish said higger power would of stopped me from hiring on at Celadon to begin with. I can't begin to express how angry and heartsore I am over all of this.

The word Celadon has become a vile profanity for me.

more likely it was someone from recruiting who gave the list away to try to help displaced drivers get jobs quickly.

I'm thankful that amazingly I've never been stranded.I was with proof truck lines when they hit rock bottom and later KTL...then sunbelt.Always bailed just in time.Sadly the majority of drivers will never get their last paycheck.
