I haven’t really, I assumed they would require experience.

The worst that could happen is that they say no. But look up where they are and go in person. Makes a lot better impression that a phone call.

Like @kemosabi49 said. There is a ton of local work here? What exactly are you looking for?

Honestly, at this point, almost anything. Either I drive or go back to AK for 3 months and fish.

I know there is a bunch of ag work done just east of you near lake Wales and Lakeland and they normally give work to new drivers even sod farms just be careful with ag work we tend to over load the trailers because of lack of scales and I'm stright east of you where highway 60 ends

    captjimmy and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

I'll see if they need anyone out of spring Hill at my work. You don't really wanna drive to Tampa every day from tarpon.

I would rather not but it’s not terrible as long as I can leave early in the am to go to work. I really appreciate it man.

The scale at plant City on 60 lol. I've rolled over that sooooooo heavy and they've never said anything.

FFE will hire you. They are a starter company, they take people with no experience at all.

Dont just call, apply with them online first then call them back. If you have your CDL you should be fine. They might want to send you out with someone for a refresher, not sure.
