It will not happen, and especially not on the word of one driver. Will they possibly be audited? Maybe, but then when I took a quick look at their most recent statistics, they are overdue for one anyway.

See, what bothers me about your assertions, is that you claim that you made one call, and all of this is coming down the pike as a result of that one phone call, and it's simply not the case. The FMCSA does not respond that quickly, nor would they offer to YOU as a phone caller, that they will react on the basis of that phone call. They respond to REPEATED instances of complaints, and usually those of a written nature and with substantive evidence to back up charges levied.

I'm hardly one-sided. Read a little on the site, and you'll understand that.

It's a joke.I filed a complaint to the main office in phoenix az and got no responce,so I contacted the DOT in washington the day before thanksgiving,They called me back in a hour and hooked me up with an investagator .

Uh...no they don't, but you go right ahead and let them investigate your per-diem issue. I'm sure they will get it all straightened out for you.

Too late. Someone beat you to it. I haven't a hair on my head, and my scalp shines like the sun. Every time I step outside, Direct TV bounces a satellite signal off my head, and let me tell you, that don't feel so good, but it has it's advantages. I get to watch the movie channels for free.
