you have not been given loads that require you to run illegal, its that you choice to do so. tmc would not tell you to run illegal, they have learned their lesson. as far as your posts a lot of it is not believable, if anybody want the truth contact me. hes a union guy so he has a false interpratation of what insurance should be. as far as his complaints tmc does not pay for hazmat unless the customer pays an addiontial charge. tmc will pay for twic if you are dedicated, any others will be deducted from your check. passport card i cant say because i dont have to have it. any ? ask

Cpl hasn't said anything false, and I think that before you reply next time you should comprehend a little bit better, it seems like you got something out of that post that wasn't even implied, in fact, I'm not even sure you were replying to the post that you quoted.

I talk to drivers every day, some i trained, some i diddn't. I also talk to my FM at least once a week, we're still good friends.

I'm probably more in the know than you are.

Doesn't change the fact that you ignored what cpl was trying to say, almost entirely just for the fact that you're out to get him. Remember, this thread is to help new drivers make a descision about which company they want to go to, not personal vendetta's because you don't like his opinion of Don.

He never said that he was asked to run illegally, nor did he say that he was ever required to do so. He did say that (and if you pay close attention) there are times when the load delivery time on the quallcomm cannot possibly be made on time, at which point you should just let your fleet manager know, and everything would be fine.

Somehow in your little "witch hunt" as someone else called it, you managed to side with him on something, without even realizing it... Because you basically just said the exact same thing he did.

He's apparently just searching the forum for my posts eckz, this is the fourth or fifth one in a row that I've come across. He's also not being honest which isn't really a surprise. As I said in my post I've only been asked to run illegally once. Seriously he brings up the fact that I'm a former and soon to be again union driver and my opinion on the company health plan in response to what I said about running legal. The guy is just trying to make a nuisance out of himself. Nothing in any of my posts has been a lie, not one single thing. Of course there's no reason to let the facts get in the way of someones opinion...

Since you mention insurance, TMC's insurance straight up sucks, compared to Union insurance. Even if you have to pay a little bit more, it's worth it.

TMC just recently raised the rate too, diddn't they?

I had to have a semi simple procedure while i worked for TMC, ended up paying 1700 dollars out of pocket. I know a few other drivers that are still paying on medical bills from a year or two ago, one of them is a deere driver who's wife has been in and out of the hospital.

Another friend of mine that was on dedicated with me was having some issues after he had surgery as well and paying a bunch of money out of pocket.
