Feetsies!

I had Bad "Low Bid" Steel toed boots for many years when I was in the USAF. Working in Munitions, they were an "issue" item. Too many had cramped toe boxes and they caused me all sorts of grief over the years.

I need to look around at some good quality ones soon.

 

I've driven with my Timberlands on for my entire career up until recently when I wore my running shoes instead. I have to say... I like the running shoes, much less stress for me. Needless to say though, if work is involved... I have my Timberlands handy.

 

personally i like my rocky boots, i wear the cowboy boot style, lace ups make my feet hurt by the end of the day when driving and the cowboy boots dont, mine are steel toed cuz i do the heavy haul thing, loading excavators and such requires steel toes and a hard hat otherwise i wouldnt wear steel toes but my vote goes for the rockys

 

I drive for long periods of time without stopping so I take my boots off while I'm driving then my feet don't get hot and sweaty.

 

I went to a farm store and grabbed a pair McRae Industrial Wellingtons. $50, good grip, not too hot and very water resistant. Dont over look farm stores....

 

Not to long ago I bout a pair of Red Wing steel toed wingtips for work,....They are very comfortable,..And they look cool!!!

 

Awe come on I have driven in work boots, regular shoes, slippers, flip flops, cowboy boots & on several occasions high heels.

 

I wear Altama Flight Line Plus safety toe boots....Theyre basically the same thing as a jungle boot without the wafflestomper panama sole and the drain holes. Once they break in theyre comfy and the canvas upper cuts down on weight and they don't get that hot (in my opinion anyway). Theyre easy to lace up too.
