Celadon closing up shop!

The mechanics here in Texas will get grabbed up pretty quickly as there is a shortage of mechanics here and I would imagine all over the country. But yes, the office staff may be out of work for awhile.

Here's my question(s):

1) Has there been any Celadon drivers that have applied elswhere, but the company that is doing the hiring is unable to verify the employment with Celadon?

2) Are Celadon drivers still able to obtain their last six months of e-logs?

Problem I'm having is that if a driver was employed up to Celadon's last day - Celadon has not / will not list it on the DAC Report; nor is Celadon responding to any attempts for the verification of employment and the mandatory Drug & Alcohol screenings.

 

Good way for a bunch of troubled steering wheel holders to slip through the cracks.

"Yeah I worked for Celedon,"

By the time we find out he's got a DUI, 2 fatalities & a half dozen preventables he's applying to the next place.

 

Pay stubs & W2s can verify employment as well as a MVR will provide enough driving info to be hired, no need for a DAC report.
