Salson Logistics have ruined me.

    When I say ruined me,I really mean spoiled.
    I have been with them going on 17 months.
    I go home for my reset two nights at my home and then I drive back to Conley Ga.
    The second reset I go home for four nights in my own bed. After this new year I will have two weeks paid vacation.
    We only run from LA to VA down to Miami.
    When I go to Miami it’s always drop and hook . 80% of our freight is drop and hook and two of our customers freight weighs under 26000 lbs. If you live in the Atlanta area you can go home for the weekends and work five days a week. I am having a difficult time finding a better place to work at. They also have terminals in Charleston and Savannah for containers as well as a place in Tampa and one in Texas and the headquarters is in New Jersey.

    I would never work for this company. All African guys running New Jersey. Maybe down south it is different. I don't believe this company will be around in 10 years.

    They make you run illegal... Tried to force me to run a load across state lines without ifta.. they were Too cheap to buy temporary permit. Underpaid heavy ### loads... They took $400 from me for a busted chassis tire that wasn't my fault. Sat me for 6 days straight with no freight... No offense but Mexicans run the container world down in Houston... Only allowed to use $450 of fuel every 24 hours. One guy couldn't get back because of that... Dispatch is a bixtch!... Tries to handle you like you ain't shat. I cussed that arse out so many times bruh. They had like 12 drivers in Houston.... Down to 3 now... They will not last long. I moved on long ago.
